Impact Energy:No shoe before has ever come close to the level of energy absorption in the FP DGS System. Expect an entirely new experience.

Board Feel:Because the DGS outsole has been hollowed out and filled with soft FluidX Protection material in the place of traditional rubbers and foams, the FP shoe has superior board feel and flexibility. It’s like a kungfu shoe that absorbs all the energy.

Joint Support:A deep heel cup and arch guide are built into the outsole which guides the impact and helps the ankle stay in a stable neutral position on big impacts and jumps, avoiding over pronation and helping to prevent serious injuries.

Kingfoam Insole:In addition to our revolutionary DGS outsole, each FP shoe comes stock with our signature Kingfoam Insoles. yes, that’s right. You’ll never have to fear a foot impact injury again.

Extended Durability:While other shoe cushioning materials start bad and end worse, our FluidX insert will continue to absorb energy from the first day of use to the last day. Simply put, it will out live the shoe.

Got these shoes a while ago and still rocking them! They are the ultimate skate shoe and I am glad I bought them. Deffinatly worth the buy ??

  2. Nicholas McEwen (verified owner)

The FP Sentinels are hands down the best skate shoe I’ve ever skated in. I’m on my second pair and my first pair lasted me 4-5 months no problem. I’m really hard with my flip tricks so I can easily tear through a pair of shoes in less than a month, but my first pair of Sentinels lasted me forever. They are comfortable, good looking and most of all durable as hell. On my old pair I have yet to rip a lace. The break in super easy and the stock insoles are good enough to keep you going.

Best shoes for durability and taking care of your feet!! Definitely a life customer for FP footwear!!

    Those. Shoes. Are. Great.

I had an intense 3 hour session today in which I rode the sentinels for the first time.
At first they feel a little slippery on the griptape. I have to say they are brand new so that’s actually no surprise and they break in real quick. The toe cap especially. 2-3 Ollie’s and I was
    Used to it.

The outsoles will be a bit slippery on the first day because of the oil in the mold which protects the outsoles during production. Once it comes off they are super grippy.

Those shoes are great (part 2, sorry I accidentally submit without being finished)

    The DGS System:
When you step in the shoes for the first time you can feel it. But to bare witness to the full might of the DGS System go out and skate a few hours.
In my session today i had to jump of a big ledge.
I felt the same kind of impact before. When I bruised my heel I felt the same kind of „force“ on my foot. But this time I walked away.
Don’t get me wrong: You WILL feel the impact of landing. But different. You won’t get the full force transported from the shoe to your feet. I really can not put it in other words. Feel the impact without the consequences. Plus.: my feet DID NOT HURT in any way after a 3 hour session.

The fit is very good. If you use the chart you won’t be disappointed. The shoe sits firm and tight but in all the right places. And call Me Crazy but it gets better and better with every step.

Whoever designed this shoe, whoever designed the DGS System:
THANK YOU!!! No more sore feet for this guy here!

Strong recommendation for every model with DGS. You won’t regret it. They are worth every cent and the price is more than fair.

  7. Corey Gravitt

Best shoe I’ve ever had. Wish they’d stock more. I went to get a 2nd pair and there was 2 left in stock, placed my order only to get an email the next day that they didn’t have it. I want this shoe in every color. Especially the older ones. The first set was super tight. They feel amazing and are tough as hell.
